We turn things over to the outside of the COO’s office. The secretary is seen leaning into a nearby wall, listening in on the commotion. The camera pans over to the inside of Drago’s office.
The COO looks to be watching his CRT television, not paying much attention to the woman sitting opposite him; one of the newest OCW acquisitions, Emilia. She clenches her fists in frustration.
Emilia: I did nothing wrong! Why am I being dragged here?!?!
Drago: Come over here. Want you to see something on TV.
Emilia: UGH!
She walks over to Drago’s desk as he rewinds and hits play on his VCR. The footage shows her slapping the taste out of Ted’s mouth. Drago hits the pause button.
Emilia: That was clearly all Hanzo's fault, I'm the victim here and so is the referee. We’re all victims of Hanzo’s cruelty.
Drago smirks, rewinds the footage and hits play. Once again, the footage shows Emilia slapping poor Ted.
Drago hits pause once again, the smirk still on his face.
Emilia: Whatever, I’m sure he even liked it.
The “Best in the World” sighs, pulling out a form of some kind from a nearby drawer. He starts filling it out before signing it and handing it over to Emilia.
Emilia: …FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS??? ARE YOU INSANE???
Drago: Not even two hour after I make my intention clear and you break the rule. Doesn’t matter who it is. You hurt our hardworking staff, you pay consequence. I sorry about your….situation I guess, but you shouldn’t act out like this. Ted have emotional damage, you know?
Emilia: This is ridiculous! How the hell am I supposed to pay for all this? Alright, so if you really want to be righteous here, what you should do instead of fining innocent people is to fire Hanzo, effective immediately!! Besides, it's not something you haven’t done before.
Drago: I’m sure you gonna find a way.
Emilia storms out of the office, bill in hand. Before she can slam the door shut, Drago chimes in.
Drago: Maybe Hanzo split the bill with you! Make it little easier.
Drago: BING BONG!
Emilia: Go to hell!
She slams the door shut. Drago puts his shades on, standing up from his seat. The secretary carefully opens the door and peeks her head inside.
Secretary: Is everything ok, Mr. Cesar?
Drago: Never better my friend!
Secretary: She seemed upset.
Drago: You probably gonna have to get used to it. People think I’m not gonna enforce the rule? They got another thing coming.
He turns over, glancing at the window overlooking the city.
